Scan your Redfin or Zillow profile

Open the Profile tab and paste your Redfin or Zillow agent profile link. We pull your past listings and check each home against county tax records, then flag the owners who are overpaying. One scan covers your whole book of clients.

On any qualifying property, hit Copy. That builds a personal link with your referral code baked in. Text or email it to the homeowner the way you already talk to them. They see exactly what they could save, with no account needed just to look.

You earn 10%

When the homeowner buys, you earn 10% of everything they pay us, tracked automatically in the Sent tab. A $55 self-file report pays you $5.50. A concierge appeal on $500 of tax savings pays you ~$11. There is no cap on how many you send.

When the money actually lands.

The honest timeline

Reports pay fast. Filed appeals are slower, because the county controls the clock and we only collect after they approve the reduction. We would rather you know up front.

  1. We file the appeal with the county.
  2. The county schedules a hearing and reviews the case.
  3. The assessor issues a decision.The slow part
  4. The client is billed for their share of the savings.
  5. The client pays the invoice.
  6. We release your commission in the next payout batch.

Most counties run 4 to 9 months end to end, so about 7 months is the honest average for a filed appeal. Self-file reports are the exception: the client pays upfront, so those commissions pay out within a few weeks.

Do I have to sign in with Google?

No. You can sign in with Google or just have us email you a magic link, whichever you prefer.

What link do I paste when I scan?

Your public agent profile on Redfin (redfin.com/real-estate-agents/your-name) or Zillow (zillow.com/profile/your-screen-name). We read your past listings from it. You can rescan once an hour to pick up new ones.

Do my clients have to pay to see if they qualify?

No. The link you send shows the homeowner their estimated savings for free, with no account required. They only pay if they decide to move forward.

What if a client asks for a refund?

If the refund happens before payout, the commission is simply cancelled. If you were already paid, we reverse that one transfer from your Stripe account. Nothing else is affected.

How do I get paid?

Through Stripe. Connect your bank account once from the Home tab banner, and every commission after that is deposited automatically.
