Reports pay fast. Filed appeals are slower, because the county controls the clock and we only collect after they approve the reduction. We would rather you know up front.
Most counties run 4 to 9 months end to end, so about 7 months is the honest average for a filed appeal. Self-file reports are the exception: the client pays upfront, so those commissions pay out within a few weeks.

No. The link you send shows the homeowner their estimated savings for free, with no account required. They only pay if they decide to move forward.
If the refund happens before payout, the commission is simply cancelled. If you were already paid, we reverse that one transfer from your Stripe account. Nothing else is affected.
